I looked at many sites offering prescription goggles but something about your site gave me the confidence to choose you. I felt happy to order online but thought I'd give you a call to double check my prescription. This I did and spoke to a wonderful woman (forgive me, I can't recall her name) on Tuesday evening. Despite possibly being near to closing time, she patiently talked me through my prescription, made helpful suggestions re. which mask and fins and totally reassured me as I placed my order.

Then I was amazed to receive a call the following day asking whether I wanted to change my mind re. colours in order to coordinate more - wow! That's customer service for you and it really made me smile. Today I've received the mask and fins and can't believe I'm going to be able to see underwater at last.

I have just received my purchases and thought I would let you know that I am delighted, with the items and your customer service.

On Saturday I ordered a prescription lens dive mask and prescription swimming goggles plus snorkel, whistle, torch and Reef Fish of Australia picture card. It was all a last minute decision and I was a bit apprehensive that it might not arrive before my leaving for my holiday on Wednesday night! However, I am delighted to say it all has arrived.

You sent me an email on Monday confirming the order, an email shortly thereafter saying it had been dispatched by parcel force – offering to provide the tracking details in the event of any postal delays. Hey presto – it’s now Tuesday morning 9.15am and it is all here. Wonderful and totally re-assuring – especially for last minute shoppers like me!!
