I can see!

I'm long sighted and the options for off-the-shelf goggles with + dioptre were limited. I've always used Speedo but couldn't get them. I ordered the goggles on Saturday and they arrived Tuesday morning in time for my training session. I could see the board and read the schedule. I could see the pool clock, so I knew what time it was and my turns seemed better.

The goggles are very comfortable and the side adjustment is a lot lot easier than the Speedo arrangement. There's an adjustable nose bridge and once I had them adjusted, they were pretty watertight. I haven't tried an aggressive start with them on yet. Even if I just use them for training they are well worth the money.

Dragon Optical Swimming Goggles.

The Dragon Goggles are easy to use and easy to adjust. They come with a adjustable nose bridge for a perfect fit and a spare nose bridge for future use.

The goggles are already coated with an anti fog solution so all you have to do is wet the inside of your goggles to activate the anti fog( they are sticky to the touch, but try not to touch the coating or clean it off)

The positive power range is +1.0 to +8.0 in +1.0 increments so the most you will be out by is +0.5. This is very little so if you have, say +4.25 go down and +4.5 or +4.75 go up. (Close correction)

The negative power range is -1.0 to -5.0 in -0.5 increments. So go up to the next power if you have a -0.25 or -0.75. Then -6.0 to -8.0 in -1.0 increments and once again for a -6.25 go down and for a -6.5 or -6.75 go up. (Distance correction)
