I have just received my purchases and thought I would let you know that I am delighted, with the items and your customer service.

On Saturday I ordered a prescription lens dive mask and prescription swimming goggles plus snorkel, whistle, torch and Reef Fish of Australia picture card. It was all a last minute decision and I was a bit apprehensive that it might not arrive before my leaving for my holiday on Wednesday night! However, I am delighted to say it all has arrived.

You sent me an email on Monday confirming the order, an email shortly thereafter saying it had been dispatched by parcel force – offering to provide the tracking details in the event of any postal delays. Hey presto – it’s now Tuesday morning 9.15am and it is all here. Wonderful and totally re-assuring – especially for last minute shoppers like me!!
